StoneBridge Wealth Management, LLC Client Service Manager StoneBridge Wealth Management, LLC is hiring a fulltime Client Service Manager. Individual must be dependable, willing to learn, team oriented and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service in an accurate and timely manner. As the first point of contact for the company, this position is responsible providing exceptional client service via phone, email and in-person. Must have the ability to ensure the confidentially, security, and safekeeping of all information and be highly efficient, computer proficient, and able to multi-task Responsible for administrative support for the entire office including opening and ongoing maintenance of confidential client files, providing administrative support to two advisors, and performing day to day operations and general office management duties. Requires an ability to work with varying workloads, changing priorities, and a variety of clients. Must demonstrate initiative and motivation to follow through with tasks Critical characteristics of a successful candidate: Dependability & professionalism are a must Proactively follow-up and follow through with various tasks with exceptional attention to detail Requires the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications as well as the ability to assist with website updates as well as social media posts Must demonstrate initiative and motivation to follow through with complex tasks This position is not a sales position.
