"I like the excitement and the fact that every day is different. And because there's typically never any on-call, I can struc- ture my time off." When asked what values are a good fit at Alomere, Dr. Gesell has a quick answer, "Dedicated, hard working, and willing to do what it takes to get the care the patient needs. It's that commit- ment that's so critical to the health of our department and organization. And, of course, someone who loves outdoor activities," smiles Dr. Gesell. When he's not working or spend- ing time with his wife and three children, Dr. Gesell continues to enjoy all of his childhood activities: running, hunting, fishing, and being on the water.
