GrassRoots Cooperative and Cafe is a local, independent food coop and cafe located in beautiful downtown Anoka, Minnesota. We carry a full line of natural and organic products. Our selection includes fresh organic produce, grass-fed meat, antibiotic free poultry & wild-caught seafood, cleaning supplies, packaged goods and a broad range of supplements and body care. The bulk department stocks grains, flours, spices, teas, snacks, granolas, nuts, dried fruits and legumes.  Come and enjoy a delicious, healthy lunch in our Cafe. The Cafe is open Monday through Friday from 11 am to 2:30 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 2:00 pm.
