Description & Duties: These positions are responsible for providing personal care, delegated nursing and medical care designed to maintain the residents' physical and emotional well-being Salary Range: Starting wage $15-$16 per hour for CNA depending on years of experience. Starting wage for unlicensed staff (PCA) is $14.0o per hour. Those working night shift receive another $1.25/hour. Those working PM shift receive another $1/hour. All new hires eligible for additional .5o/hour for every hour worked quarterly. A nice EXTRA check Wages as high as nursing homes for CNA's with credit for experience. Opportunity to be trained as PCA with CNA reimbursement and raise if you finish the class. 13 residents max in a home so staffing rations are great.
