Scandinavian Music with Renee Vaughan Farwell Norwegian Church SATURDAY, MAY18, 2019 $10.00 music workshop, pay at the door. 1-1:45 pm... Swedish folk arts enthusiasts can join in a conversation on dalmalning, also known as "kurbits' painting. A few Swedish paintings will be on display, as well as Viking Age relics 2-345 pm... Workshop open to musicians of all levels of experience and any instruments. a Learn a few Scandinavian tunes, schottis, waltz, polka and the polska... just in time for the NisswaStamman. 4-5 pm Evening showcase performance. Workshop participants will perform tunes we learned ending with music by Renee Vaughan.
