The Douglas County Early Childhood Initiative is comprised of people from many different area businesses and organizations who work to support the well-being of our youngest children. Our ECI team identifies, plans and implements strategies that will help our community become a more nurturing and learning place for families with young children. The ECI meets the 3rd Wednesday of every month except July and December, usually at the United Way office from 11:30 am-1:00 pm.
