That night we warmed our bread over the campfire and our dinner consisted of bread dipped in oil and vinegar. Our lives were changed. Fast forward to early 2019. I (Amy) had been in the photography industry for 8 years and felt a change coming on. I knew I wanted to open some sort of retail destination store but coukdn't quite figure out what that looked like. Then, my husband, being the great man he is, whisked me away to the metro for a date weekend. We ended up at an Oil and Vinegar store and said to ourselves."this is what we should do."
