HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST Our Human Resource Generalist runs the daily functions of the Human Resources department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leaves, and enforcing company policies and practices. This individual is also responsible for training, workplace injury tracking, handbook updates, and various other administrative tasks. ST. WILLIAM'S This position is 4-5 days per week, 64-80 hours per pay period. LIVING CENTER Requirements: Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. At least one year of human resource management experience is preferred. Individuals must pass a state-required background study.
