"So many times, my patients would tell me they tried to book with me, but the wait was too long-so they visited Express Care instead. I always felt bad, because I knew it wasn't the same as seeing someone who knew them personally." That changed when Certified Nurse Practitioner Kelley Mikkelson joined her practice.
